Mike is an experienced education and training professional with a track record of building quality assurance infrastructures, training networks, and businesses based on credentialing to international standards. His experience is rooted in the UK education and training system, having managed businesses with over 2 000 training centres, and has adapted systems and processes for credentialing and qualification in over 80 countries. Mike has strategic and operational experience in the use of digital services to support assessment, credentialing and qualification.
Mike’s most recent consultancy posts are as Senior Consultant on TVET projects for UK Aid and Skills Development Consultant for World Bank. Before working with ISM Mike was Managing Director of City & Guilds International.
Mike is an honorary Member of the City & Guilds of London Institute and holds a Masters’ Degree in resource management.
